Kainode offers a 7-day money-back guarantee only for yearly shared hosting plans.
The 7-day period begins from the date the service is first activated.
Monthly shared hosting plans are strictly non-refundable.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from activation are not eligible.
The following VPS plans may be eligible for refund consideration within 7 days of initial payment:
Refunds are only considered for verified technical issues from our side that cannot be resolved.
Services violating our Terms & Conditions, abuse policies, or generating blacklist/abuse reports are strictly non-refundable regardless of usage time.
